I did this menu exercise assignment on breakfast items. This is mostly because I find breakfast items the easiest to make, and the simplest to make money off of. As most breakfast ingredients are very cheap and you can make a lot of money off of the small ingredients. I chose each of the different breakfast foods as they are something that I would eat but also I think lots of young people would find interesting and want to buy.
